It makes me sad how scared the dachshund looks.
I don’t think he is scared, Melissa. I think he looks earnest. And he also might be trying to get a sniff of what is in the woman’s bag. I took this photo a few years ago–but I don’t remember any loud voices being directed towards the dog.
